By accessing or using Tech Fluency ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, including the educational platform and any development services provided through the "Work With Us" program.
2. Description of Services
Tech Fluency provides:
- Educational Platform: Free AI literacy resources including learning units, glossary, quizzes, prompt templates, and curated resources
- Development Services: Contract development services for building applications, AI-powered solutions, and SaaS platforms (subject to separate agreements)
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
Some features may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
3.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or related systems

If you engage our development services through the "Work With Us" program:
- Separate Agreements: All development projects are subject to separate project agreements, statements of work, or contracts that will govern the specific terms of the engagement
- Estimates: Any estimates provided through the initial inquiry form are non-binding and subject to change based on detailed project scoping
- Intellectual Property: Ownership of work product created during development engagements will be defined in the applicable project agreement
- Confidentiality: We treat all project information as confidential and will not share it with third parties without your consent

The educational content provided on Tech Fluency is for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice. While we strive to keep information current and accurate:
- AI technology evolves rapidly, and some content may become outdated
- Content is general in nature and may not apply to your specific situation
- We do not guarantee any particular outcomes from applying the information learned

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
